Since 1992, our team has been making daily efforts to satisfy your appetite with harmonious dishes that provide you with exceptional moments of happiness. We carefully select fresh products from local farms and producers. We work only with Black Sea fish, part of which is our own catch. The greens in your salads and cocktails are from our eco garden. The result is complex dishes prepared according to old Sozopol recipes, refracted through our prism, which is always in perfect harmony with tradition!
